With apps using more and more data, do you really know how much data you are using? Or when you are nearing your limit?

If you're like some of our customers - and you have a thing for looking up the answers to all those burning questions while you're on the move, or if you just like to watch movies on the go, or to regularly stream your music - you might need to know your data usage.

Well, it's easier than you might think to find out. And the best news, you don't need another app to do it!
EE have just announced that their business tariffs are changing. This won't affect existing customers until they come to upgrade.

So what can you expect to see?

The prices may have increased slightly but don't worry, you'll get more data for your money too. The tariffs you'll expect to see are 250MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 5GB, 10GB, 15GB and 30GB. Perhaps not the range of data packages we are used to but there is a lot more flexibility on pricing, making it even easier to choose whether you want a free handset or a really low monthly cost.
You'll just love the bird who took this photograph... yes, that's right - it was our Angela, making the most of the amazingly sharp and clear 12 megapixel camera on her trusty iPhone 7!

Don't worry though - whenever Angela is away, snapping stunning pictures like those featured here during a summer trip to Croatia - the fabulous Kathy will still be in the office to deal with all your enquiries and make sure that you still get the same high level of smooth and responsive service that Range are famous for!
We've got the antidote!

There's nothing worse than coming back off your summer holidays to discover that you've been stung for roaming charges while abroad.

And if that happened to you this summer, then you'll be pleased to know that there IS something you can do about it!
As you may or may not know, new EU legislation came into being as of the 15th of June which gives mobile users the ability to use their package allowances while travelling throughout Europe at no extra cost whatsoever! This brilliant new rule applies to all networks, from EE to Vodafone to O2 - and we've got you covered on all of them, meaning that if you're a Range customer you can use your regular minutes, texts and data packages as normal, without seeing roaming charges on your bill.
There might be a solution coming your way in the near future!

You know the problem - you're on the beach and you're looking glorious. Naturally, you want to show off to the world and it's wife how goddamn amazing your holiday is (and make everyone back home pig-sick as they cry into their office laptops). Or maybe you're just so business-focused that you need to make a deal over the phone as you stroll along the sea-shore. Let's face it though girls, the bikini is not a place to be storing you phone! And no, chaps - your Speedos are strictly for smuggling budgies in, not carrying your mobile about!
Great news if you're someone who uses their phone while abroad: mobile phone roaming charges in the EU are to be scrapped by the middle of 2017 after new rules were formally approved by MEPs.

Consumers will first see a significant cut in the charges from next April, before the full changes take effect from June the following year. It means EU mobile phone users will pay the same price to make calls, send text messages and use data as they would in their home country.
It's time to pack the suitcase and head off for a few week's worth of rest in sunnier climes - away from all the stress of the office. However, you don't want to be stressed out while away too - so here are some canny hints and tips to help you make the most of your time away courtesy of your very own mobile phone.
